I went to Mike because he sold my son his house and then helped with the closing on his new home. TJ couldn't say enough good things about Mike and I had actually met him during my son's transactions. I was immediately impressed and when I decided to sell my house there was no question in my mind that I would use Mike. Fortunately, my decision was the right one. Mike was extremely attentive and responsive from the get go. He ALWAYS made time for me no matter how small or large the issue. He kept me informed every step of the way and explained every step along the way. I hadn't sold/bought a house in 21 years and I am a single person and the thought of selling/buying a house was pretty daunting to me. Mike was just the right person to be my realtor and advocate.
